Refund Policy
Averon Commerce LLC ("we", "us") wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
How to start a return
Email us at admin@averonmall.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
