Averon Commerce LLC ships to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather and peak seasons such as the holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-3 days to update.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, delayed beyond 30 days or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@averonmall.com and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
